This position offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure. Yes, you heard it right - the sky is the limit when it comes to earning potential! Our top-performing sales representative has already achieved an impressive income of over $600k this year alone, and the top 20 sales representatives have collectively generated well over $1 million in sales each. Our transparent structure ensures that you are rewarded for the effort you put in. The more effort you invest, the greater your rewards! We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to surpass expectations.

This role involves fieldwork such as climbing on roofs, handling ladders, transporting materials, driving to various locations, door-knocking, responding to leads and exposure to diverse weather conditions, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

Perform roof inspections

Possess reliable transportation

Engage in door-to-door sales

Follow up on leads

Conduct inspections on roofs and exteriors to assess storm damage

Cultivate and maintain customer relationships

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Stay updated with product information and industry changes

Provide customer service support

Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings

Participate in proactive lead generation by door-knocking and seeking referrals

Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Create sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Benefits

Compensation package:

1099 contract

Paid training

Commission only: 8% - 14% of contracted price

Exceptional performance bonus opportunities

Uncapped commission

Weekly paychecks
