New Homes Building Company, in search of a driven, energetic, enthusiastic and well-organized person to join our growing sales force focused for the SKG Homes.
We are seeking an ambitious, friendly and professional sales consultant to sell and close new homes in our south communities.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate all the product features and benefits offered in our model homes
- Strong closing, problem solving and communication skills
- Set appointments via telephone by converting incoming calls, web leads and walk-ins
- Keeping the model and community clean and well maintained
- Close sales and meet quarterly/annual sales goals
- Deliver a positive customer experience by providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Candidates must display the following qualifications:
- A love for sales & interacting with people; with experience as a top producing sales professional
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong emphasis on listening
- Strong presentation and telephone skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- An enthusiasm to learn and be trained
- Competitive spirit with a strong drive for financial success
- Good computer skills (MS Office Products)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
