Job Description
aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in the US Northeast and requires previous experience in sales and business development. Experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred.
Base salary plus commission
Shift: Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry
- Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
- Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Attend trade show conferences as needed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Continuously improve service and performance through feedback
