Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through market research, negotiation, and business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential markets
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide excellent customer service and account management support
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in account management and outside sales techniques
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base
