We're seeking sales professionals who have a proven track record of working hard and achieving success. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the charge in closing high-impact deals.
  • Be the face of Signals and evangelize our groundbreaking AI solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Align Signals solutions with prospect business objectives.
  • Overcome prospect objections effectively.
  • Collaborate with the account team to drive new business.
  • Stay informed about industry and technology trends.
  • Make daily cold calls and be a full-cycle closer.


What You Should Have

  • 3-4 years of customer facing sales experience (Insurance sales experience is a bonus).
  • A passion for learning and working hard to achieve your goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great business acumen skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Quick learning when it comes to technology and software programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable resolving conflict.

Compensation

  • Base pay starts at $45,000 with uncapped commissions.
