Title: New Home Sales Agent
Location: Dallas
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads, qualify and educate buyers on our home offerings, and drive sales volume.
- Develop community business plans, implement marketing strategies, establish Realtor partnerships, and execute outreach programs to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide an outstanding home buying experience by guiding buyers through the sales process, including design, mortgage, construction, and closing procedures.
- Qualify buyers for their specific community and effectively communicate with team members throughout the home buying process.
- Commit to achieving sales goals, attend meetings, and provide necessary follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve performance goals related to customer service and sales metrics.
- Stay informed on market conditions, property values, and industry legislation by attending staff and association meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
- Business-minded sales professional with a strong understanding of sales goals and budget achievement.
- High energy, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of sales conversion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 per year
