Strategic Responsibility:
The Music Operations Temporary Assistant will help on the cataloging and digitization of Integrity Music’s rich legacy catalog. This includes but is not limited to scanning, organizing and uploading audio assets, cover art and sheet music for digital distribution.
Job Description:
Assist with data clean up, data entry for metadata relating to Integrity Music and Integrated Music Rights catalogs, particularly for larger external back catalogue ingestion into Integrity Music systems.
Manage the cataloging, organization and digitization of legacy catalog assets, including scanning and shredding of old documents.
Participate in the review of metadata to ensure accuracy and make corrections where necessary.
Participate in adding assets to catalog (i.e., audio, STEMS, artwork, etc.).
Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams on other projects as assigned.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Knowledge of Excel, experience with databases, and music metadata helpful but not required.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Excellent attention to detail
Equipment Knowledge: Excel and Microsoft Programs
