About the role

Hybrid | Full-time | Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and engage potential clients through proactive outreach including cold calling, emails, online platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Engage clients in a consultative manner and conduct demonstrations and presentations that align with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to drive sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and a customer centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the mining and mineral exploration sectors.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to position our software licensing solutions effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About you:
  • Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction. Experience with Saas solutions and B2B software is highly preferred.
  • Strong English or French communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Spanish highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the mining or natural resources industry, providing a solid foundation to understand client needs and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, with specific experience in Hubspot CRM being highly desirable.
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within the sector.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Formal training in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is regarded highly.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in software.
  • Business level in English or French.
  • Experience with CRM software.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 - 60,000 CAD plus an attractive commission structure.
