THE POSITION
We are looking for an outstanding sales professional to sell and support Crestcom’s leadership training in the Oakville & South Toronto area.
This role involves engagement with prospective clients, following the proven Crestcom sales process and reinforcing the monthly training content with each client through monthly accountability meetings. Developing long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional value is paramount. To support this process, you will be required to maintain CRM activities and some administrative responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
The right person will be a self-motivated professional, driven for success.
- Minimum 10 years leading others in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience with C-level executives
- Strong business sense and executive presence
- Enthusiastic and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work with standard software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and our CRM (Zoho).
- Live in the Oakville/Toronto area with a dedicated home office.
- Although most of your work will be remote, you must be able to commute for in-person client appointments when necessary.

COMPENSATION
- $90,000 based on current sales targets. Performance-based compensation. Opportunity to overachieve. THIS ROLE IS 100% COMMISSION.
