About the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining company profitability through conducting inbound sales of wholesale martial arts equipments to our private business clients. To be effective in this role, this individual must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to influence others, and a customer-first attitude.

Tasks

Align customer needs with company products
Push sales funnel from first contact through conversion
Maintain relationships with current and prior customers
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, products, and service
Determine and negotiate prices with customers
Monitor and relay customer preferences to management

Qualifications

Knowledge

Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
Business management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
Customer service and conflict resolution strategies
Familiarity with martial arts a plus

Active listening to determine customer needs and root causes of disputes
Negotiation, mediation, and facilitation
