Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Restaurant Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and hospitality, with a proven ability to craft strategies that attract new customers, retain loyal patrons, and boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and group sales.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

Marketing Strategy:
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Create and produce engaging content that aligns with the brand identity.
• Manage online reputation and customer reviews to enhance brand perception.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire team to deliver exceptional results.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and community organizations.
• Design and implement loyalty programs and promotional events to drive customer engagement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
