Position Description: We are on the lookout for a driven individual to join our Business Development Team. The primary objective of this role is to generate appointments with prospective clients via outbound calls, engaging both new and existing contacts, on behalf of our network partners.
General Responsibilities:
- Undertake outbound calls to introduce Zentech Consulting, qualify potential clients, and secure appointments
- Display motivation and determination to make over 110+ daily outbound calls to prospective clients
- Adhere to script guidelines to secure appointments on behalf of our network partners
- Document activities in CRM database
- Maintain accurate records on daily and monthly activities
- Regular interaction with network partners, team members, and manager
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling preferred
- Robust sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional phone demeanor and the ability to convey confidence and enthusiasm when presenting Zentech Consulting to customers over the phone
- Reliable internet connection as calls will be made through VoIP (laptop and headset will be provided)
- Personal cell phone with unlimited plan as a contingency measure if VoIP is disrupted
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $38,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
