Day-to-day responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service.
Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services.
Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.
Process payments, renewals, and policy changes.
Our agents are expected to market and promote our agency.
Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc.

Requirements:

The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.
Team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
You must be determined and open minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record.
Preferred: Bilingual
Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute.
Availability: Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
