This position will be on the frontline of our mission to connect businesses with the top talent they need. Your journey will involve:
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with vigor.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Demonstrating the immense value we provide through face-to-face meetings and persuasive phone calls.
- Uncovering new markets and driving your own success.
- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Generating and developing new customer accounts to increase market share.
- Cold-calling, business development meetings, and client management.
- Cultivating relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity.
- Maximizing account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability.
- Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.
- Managing the business to maximize opportunities for our mission.
- A minimum of three years (staffing outside sales) experience as account manager or similar is highly preferred
- Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent follow-up and hyper-responsive
- Ability to work remote and in the field

- Competitive annual base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission potential (average $40,000+ annually)
