Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Fleet Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager of Fleet and Safety, the Fleet Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our fleet operations and ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run reports on mileage and gas consumption to track vehicle usage and fuel efficiency.
• Follow up on fleet safety sheets to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication of weekly fleet changes, including vehicle assignments and maintenance activities with operations leaders, dispatchers and vendors to keep efficiency.
• Track fleet downtime and aging to identify trends and opportunities for improvement for the Senior Fleet Manager.
• Review employee receipts and maintenance receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate setup of new vehicles: marketing wrap, interior racking, and material stock.
• Keeps trucks in a clean condition (manages car wash memberships).
• Coordinate quarterly vehicle inspections.
• Ensures safe work environment and processes in and around our shops.
• Manage fleet GPS software and monthly maintenance budget.

Requirements:

• Background in fleet management or vehicle safety is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours (25 hours per week).
