The Role: As our Business Development Manager (Supply Chain Industry) you'll be the captain of our growth ship, charting new territories and conquering new markets. Your mission? Requirements:

What We're Looking For in a Business Development Manager for the Logistics Division!

Experience:1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation Logistics or supply chain industry. Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Experience 1-2 years in Sales

Strong Excel skills: effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Communication skills: Effective listening, capability to effectively present information to an audience interact and communicate with others in one-on-one or group settings, and ability to influence others and reach mutually beneficial agreements. This involves clear articulation of points, understanding the other party's perspective, and finding common ground.

Innovative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas and bold initiatives to the table, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.

Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop strategic plans.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs, with a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.

What You’ll Tackle Each Day:

  • Identify and nurture business opportunities: formulate and implement strategies to expand our customer base, and maximize revenue generation.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, cultivating a diverse portfolio of prospective clients and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
