We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in generating net new business opportunities.
This role will play an essential part in our national growth strategy and uncovering cross selling opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a career growth mindset, great work ethic and high degree of resilience. Self-motivation and exceptional communication skills are a must!
What you will be doing:
- Raise awareness and generate interest for the Complete Network services portfolio through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
- Schedule initial discovery calls for our Business Development Executives
- Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities
- Manage activity, accounts and campaigns via HubSpot
- Learn our service portfolio and effective messaging to our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Work with Sales Management to provide market feedback and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role
- Collaborate with other Complete Network team members to learn from best practices and develop outreach strategies
Qualifications:
- You are located within commutable distance of our Charlotte, NC office
- Have sold in the past and are looking to develop a sales career path
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You strive to grow and develop capabilities and never back down from a challenge
- You are coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Structure: Base Salary + Meeting Bonuses (uncapped)
Total OTE: $80,000
