Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and strategic planning, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our customer relationship management processes.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution.
  • Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for the company while meeting client needs.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and business development with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong strategic planning skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales management, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management principles.
  • Effective project management skills to oversee initiatives from conception through execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
