SALES/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POSITION

Established clothing import company is seeking a seasoned account executive with minimum 10 years experience with private label programs selling budget /popular priced missy/plus knit & woven tops, bottoms, dresses, loungewear, sleepwear & dresses Candidate will handle existing accounts as well as open new accounts. Experience working with department stores, mass merchants and retailers such as ,Cato ,Full Beauty Brands and more is a plus. Merchandising skill is helpful. Please note we do not carry inventory. Everything is cut to order.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain existing accounts.

Cultivate and open new accounts

Coordinate with design on current trends and customer needs

Analyze each account and identify future sales opportunities

Initiate new product ideas and development

Help manage samples for showroom both internally and for accounts

Qualifications:

1 Proven track record of sales success in the fashion industry, at least 10 years experience.

2 Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

3. Strong organizational skills, computer skills and follow up skills

4. A team player with a positive attitude

5. In depth market knowledge and ability to identify key trends

6. Able to grow existing accounts and cultivate new accounts

Skills

  • Excellent communication skirt and knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong following with contacts to create new sales opportunity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
