Attyx, a company transforming the home services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Rep to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. As our first field sales hire in this market, you will play a crucial role in establishing our presence, driving revenue growth, and creating a strong foundation for future expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Customer Acquisition (40%)
  • Visit Attyx construction sites to engage with satisfied customers, secure positive reviews, and generate referrals.
  • Use company data and map technology to visit customers that have expressed interest in home improvement issues.
  • Prospect in neighborhoods surrounding construction sites, introducing Attyx's roofing, HVAC, and solar solutions.
  • Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual needs.
  • Close deals effectively, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Inbound Customer Acquisition (40%)
  • Follow up on leads generated through online forms, phone calls, and other marketing channels.
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers, providing information and answering questions about Attyx's services.
  • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present customized solutions.
  • Close deals efficiently, maximizing conversion rates and contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Market Support and Administration (20%)
  • Support our market Account Executives by gathering documentation from existing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with back-office administrative tasks, such as data entry, CRM updates, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
  • Conduct on site surveys to progress accounts towards install.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Success: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full cycle sales role, preferably in the home services, solar or construction industry.
  • In Home Closing Success: 2-3 years with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build trust, and close deals effectively.
  • Self-Starter: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Work Location: In person, primarily at Attyx construction sites and surrounding neighborhoods, with some time spent in the office for administrative tasks.
