Job Description
The primary duties of the Analyst, Digital Quality Assurance are:
Assist in developing and executing test plans based on project requirements.
Conduct manual testing of digital products, including websites and applications, to ensure functionality and usability.
Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and services.
Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Define automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct thorough testing of APIs and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar for testing and validating APIs.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and deployment cycles.
Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and ensure testing is comprehensive.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
3-5+ years in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation
Experience with a testing automation tool, Playwright a plus.
Experience in Jira or other project management tools
GitLab experience is nice to have
Mobile app testing
.Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript understanding
A/B testing and reporting best practices
PCI Compliance best practices
ADA compliance WCAG 2.1 AA
Sitecore / Adobe products knowledge
Knowledge skills and abilities:
Ability to work on requirements interpretation for preparation of use cases and test plans
Ability to design a complete multi-staged QA process application. Must be hands-on with test methodologies, writing test plans and creating test cases/scripts.
Excellent analytical ability
Strong oral and written communication skills to enable constructive interaction with all levels of individuals.
Good quality analyst skills and in-depth experience with quality analyst applications to track and monitor project implement success.
