Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Professional communication via phone, email and in person with customers/vendors
- Work with customers and mechanics to fill parts requirements
- Prepare invoices for all over the counter sales, and house requisitions for all parts that are issued to the shops.
- Work with outside salesmen to fill the customer’s parts requirements in order to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Prepare information for the Parts Manager on parts which may be required for inventory.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of heavy duty equipment parts experience an asset
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks indoor and outdoor environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple data, information and lookup systems used by different vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
