Job Description
We are currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator / Customer Service in our corporate
office located in West Corona Ca. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career
focused, team player with a desire to work in a fast paced, established business (Over
25 years!)

Responsibilities
This position will work closely with our sales, operations, and accounting departments to ensure cost effective procurement of product and services
This is a key position for our growing team, which requires attention to detail, coordination, and collaboration to ensure timely completion of projects
Source and order Products, supplies, and services from vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures
Responsible for life cycle of the inventory system. Forecast, moving items in and out of stock, reconciling inventory , and processing inventory movements through company software
Review purchase orders, invoices, and other forms, reconciling for completeness and accuracy
Work with vendors to ensure that products are delivered according to schedule and that purchasing terms and conditions are clear and as agreed upon
Store and maintain purchase orders, proof of purchase, proof of delivery, pricing quotes, receipts, and other documents
Coordinate with warehouse and oversee shipping, receiving, and deliveries
Qualifications
- Strong background in purchasing, negotiation, and procurement ( Promotional Products would be a plus )
- Experience with SAP, Antera , Quick Books, and other procurement management tools
- Knowledge of MRP systems and sourcing practices
- Proficiency in inventory control and contract negotiation
- Understanding of logistics, vendor management, and supply chain operations
- Skills in pricing strategies and vendor relationship management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.12 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
