We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients, including General Contractors, Architects, and Property Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients
- Present and promote Xtreme Exteriors' products and services to commercial clients
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored solutions for commercial projects
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Xtreme Exteriors
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
- Utilize CRM platforms for efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Related field experience is required (Construction)
- Proven experience in commercial sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and understanding of exterior construction materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ($75,000) with commission structure (unlimited potential)
