We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in insurance sales. You will have the opportunity to engage with prospective clients, educate them on insurance products and services, and provide them with personalized coverage solutions. Salary: $25000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs and budget constraints of each client.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts to expand client base.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any questions or concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information.
Requirements
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Michigan Property and Casualty producer license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for helping others.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus but not required.
