Their goal is to assist businesses in managing their technology lifecycle responsibly, enhancing value recovery while reducing environmental impact.
Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business prospects, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and drive the expansion of our ITAD services. This position requires a proactive, goal-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the IT asset disposition sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and pinpoint potential clients and business opportunities within target industries. Build a strong pipeline of leads through methods such as cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, present the company’s ITAD services, and communicate the value proposition. Arrange and conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate our solutions and address client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to create and implement strategies for entering new markets and achieving sales goals. Customize sales pitches and proposals to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations. Maintain regular follow-ups and provide outstanding customer service to build long-term partnerships.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in ITAD, IT services, or technology sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to generate leads, establish relationships, and close deals.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ITAD processes, data destruction standards, and environmental regulations is advantageous.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
