SALES MANAGER NEEDED! BASE + COMMISSION!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding market share.
Responsibilities: Sales Manager
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunites through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Overcome objections and offer solutions
- Understand customers and prospects to identify their specific needs
- Close sales and achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and sales
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient with salesforce or other CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to drive business
- Willingness to travel to other location as needed (less than 10%)
- Strong work ethic and high level of initiative
