Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to contribute to our company's growth.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system

QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking sales agencies and reps who embody our ethos of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to excellence.
- A background in aftermarket automotive sales (highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ambition, creativity, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in trailers, connecting devices, and electrical systems (training provided).
- Willingness to adhere to sales guidelines and employ proven sales tactics, including cold calling.
- A logical mindset, valuing efficiency, and interpersonal relationships.
- Appreciation for the trust and investment provided by Transit Owl.
- A proactive approach to seeking clarity and understanding. Never assume. Ask and be clear.
- Connections to aftermarket automotive parts/accessories sales and retail outfits are highly preferred.
- MUST live in the US. This is an in-person role.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $90,000.00 per month
