Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeler to join our team. As a Building Information Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate digital representations of building projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to produce detailed models that facilitate the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings.

Duties:

- Develop 2D and 3D models using software such as AudoCAD, Navisworks,SolidWorks, Sketchup, and Revit

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements

- Create detailed models that accurately represent the physical characteristics of buildings

- Incorporate mechanical designs into building models

- Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD and MicroStation) to generate schematics and technical drawings

- Ensure models adhere to industry standards and regulations

- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize building performance

- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Maintain an organized library of digital assets

Requirements:

- 3+ years industry experience in a position of Revit modeling, content creation and project setup

- Proven experience as a Building Information Modeler or similar role

- Proficient in 2D animation software and CAD programs (SolidWorks, Sketchup, AutoCAD)

- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes

- Familiarity with BIM software (Revit, MicroStation)

- Strong skill set in the use of Bluebeam solutions

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
