Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthotic and Prosthetic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent face to face communication skills, a strong understanding of orthotic and prosthetic products, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, vascular surgeons, physical therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, as well as provide ongoing support and training as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with key stakeholders and promote our products and services.
  • Create marketing plans to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and educational resources to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of orthotic and prosthetic products, as well as understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and patient care.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
