Gelenk Networks Inc.(DBA GenVoice Telecom) is an emerging, fast-growing Telecom company based in Toronto. GenVoice possesses several mobile app products such as genvoice.net etc. 30+ million minutes and 60+ million messages are transmitted on our cloud-based telecommunication platform monthly. Our intelligent R&D team consists of an accomplished group of innovators who have a strong technical background and deep knowledge in business telecommunication, VoIP, and Text(SMS/MMS) and 5G messaging(RCS) systems. Your responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads: Utilize provided leads lists as well as generate own leads to identify potential customers. Qualify leads by assessing the needs of the potential client and ensuring a good fit with our services/products.
- Outreach and Communication: Execute cold calls and emails to potential clients to explain the value and benefits of our services/products. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with prospects.
- Conduct sales presentations: Schedule and conduct phone and zoom meetings to showcase our offerings. Work diligently to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record Keeping, Reporting, and Feedback Collection: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and closed sales. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.Collect and provide feedback from the market and customers to the sales and product teams. Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for improving sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide market feedback, share insights, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Meet sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and sales best practices.Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience and skills required:
- Minimum of 1 year of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in selling customer experience solutions or related software.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a transactional customer acquisition role, including lead generation, prospecting, lead follow-up, presentation and closing. Sales cycle knowledge is essential;
- VOIP telephone experience (Dial Plans, Call Admission Control, Bandwidth Management).
Salary and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and include a competitive commission and bonus structure. Benefits package will be provided, including healthcare coverage and vacation.
