About the Role
The Sell-By-Chat Representative (SBC) role at SaaS Academy is pivotal in maximizing engagement with potential clients through email and social platforms. This position involves efficiently managing our inbox and social channels to ensure no lead goes untouched and to deliver highly compelling messaging. Additionally, the SBC Representative will play a crucial role in building and fine-tuning efficient lead management systems to handle a substantial influx of leads from various channels. A deep understanding of the SaaS landscape is essential for this role, enabling insightful conversations with prospects and demonstrating how our solutions can address their business needs effectively.
Here are the primary responsibilities of our Sell-By-Chat Representative role, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities & Success Metrics
- Source Growth Sessions via Email and Social Platforms: Efficiently manage email inbox and social platforms to maximize engagement with potential clients. Ensure no lead goes untouched and that messaging across these channels is prompt and compelling.
- Success Metrics: Conversion rate on responses for marketing-generated leads, Revenue sourced, and Show rate on Growth Sessions sourced.
- Build Sales Systems: Play a pivotal role in building and fine-tuning a highly efficient and responsive lead management system. Create a well-oiled machine capable of seamlessly handling a substantial influx of leads from various channels.
- Success Metrics: Rate of change within the SBC machine - Documentation, processes, departmental growth, etc.
- SaaS Expert: Engage in insightful conversations with prospective clients by continuously educating yourself on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities that SaaS companies encounter. Address prospects' pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can make a difference for their businesses.
Experience and Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems
- Chat-based sales experience
- Ability to effectively facilitate multiple ongoing conversations seamlessly over several inboxes and social platforms
- Highly organized
- Self-sufficient
- Must be located in Ontario
Preferred
- Knowledge of HubSpot processes
- Ability to mimic writing styles
