Join our dynamic team at Quantum Outsourcing Group, a leading outsourcing solutions provider specializing in Employee Leasing, Servicing of Medical Receivables, and Digital Marketing. We help businesses optimize operations and enhance efficiency through tailored outsourcing solutions, serving clients globally from our remote-friendly workplace. We are specifically seeking candidates located in Columbus, OH; Atlanta, GA; and Orlando, FL.

Role Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into valued clients. This role demands a proactive and results-driven approach, leveraging your sales expertise to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for sales, marketing, and business growth, who is eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of insurance required
