As an Entry Level Customer Sales Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, offering expert guidance on the products and services offered on behalf of our clients.
Your role as an Entry Level Customer Sales Associate is instrumental in providing customers with a white-glove experience that fosters lasting relationships, resolves issues promptly, and elevates trust and satisfaction in our client's offerings. Daily Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Sales Associate:
- Thoroughly prepare for customer inquiries and focus on closing sales by staying up-to-date with our client's products, services, and the latest promotional offerings.
- Tailor your interactions to each customer's unique requirements, offering in-depth product knowledge.
- Take full ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
- Ensure customers fully understand the solution and offer additional education when needed.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals and teams to ensure customer success and contribute to the company's growth.
- Work closely with other Entry Level Customer Sales Associates and the Sales Manager to set clear goals and mission-focused strategies.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of customer support procedures, company policies, and overall standards.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer service records, providing this data daily to the Client Service and Sales Managers.
- Stay ahead of industry developments to apply best practices and continually improve in all areas.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for an Entry Level Customer Sales Associate:
- Background in the hospitality, customer service or general labor industry is encouraged.
- Profound knowledge of our client's product offerings, promotions, and our company's sales tactics and services.
- Outstanding customer service skills that consistently enhance customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit effective interpersonal skills and sensitivity in interactions, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively depending on the client and the product offerings.
- Ideally, possess at least one year of prior customer service experience to immediately contribute to the firm's success.
This position provides a paid training period for all new associates. Upon successful completion of training, we offer an uncapped commission-based compensation structure

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
