Bobcat of Macon is seeking an experienced and organized Salesperson to join our team. As a rapidly growing Full-Line Dealership, we offer sales, rental, service, and parts for construction, agricultural, and turf equipment. As part of a 8+ Dealer Enterprise, you will have access to multiple training opportunities and a team of techs, salesmen, parts, and managers to support you.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and 2+ years of experience selling agricultural or construction equipment. However, training programs are available to ensure your success. Our Sales Commission is flat and paid weekly, providing transparency in earnings. We also offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision benefits, 401K with match, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include guiding customers through the purchasing process, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all makes and models, completing administrative functions such as running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork, and following up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. The ideal candidate should have quality customer service skills, an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance. A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities:
- Complete training regarding the product line.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models.
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Support online customers through our eSales office.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience selling agricultural or construction equipment (knowledge of the equipment a plus!)
- Quality customer service skills and proven sales track record
- Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process
- High personal achievement standards
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
