Technology Sales Representative
Job Duties
Hunting and Nurturing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing customers through proactive nurturing.
Customer Engagement: Conduct and schedule customer business reviews to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Operations: Generate, process, and manage sales proposals and quotes. Track opportunities diligently in CRM for effective pipeline management.
Collaboration: Work closely with Public Relations Firm for cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content, including monthly social media posts, press releases, and blogs.
Marketing Support: Maintain and update marketing lists to enhance targeted outreach.
Training Opportunities
Prospecting Mastery: Implement, manage, and optimize targeted prospecting programs for effective lead generation.
Communication Skills: Learn and apply prospecting frameworks for phone and email to maximize lead conversion rates.
Sales Expertise: Master objection handling techniques for seamless customer interactions.
Continuous Improvement: Engage in regular role-playing and coaching sessions to refine skills.
Efficiency Focus: Develop systematic approaches to drive sales opportunities efficiently.
Requirements
Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (TEAMS, SharePoint, One Drive, Planner, Excel).
