Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative. We provide high-quality incoming leads and are looking for individuals capable of conducting in-person consultations to sell and manage projects from inception to completion. This position offers substantial rewards for committed applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present and introduce the company to prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.
- Define client needs, expectations, and project scope through effective communication.
- Solicit, sell, negotiate, and draft construction proposals and contracts on behalf of OC Builders Group.
- Take precise measurements and thoroughly document job details with notes and photos.
- Finalize site plans and scope with the Superintendent/Production Manager and the customer.
- Conduct in-person consultations with pre-qualified leads to sell and close residential remodeling jobs.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of design elements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree preferred; trade school certifications related to project management or construction management are advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic construction materials, measurements, tools, and the ability to understand blueprints.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and computer literacy is required.
- Ability to work well in a team setting with minimal supervision.
- Capability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to solicit, negotiate, sell, and draft construction contracts.
