Your Role:
As a Payless Power Inside Sales Representative, you're the vanguard of our business operations. Your mission? Build genuine connections, articulate the value of our services, and seal the deal with potential customers, ensuring our ambitious sales objectives are consistently met.

Core Responsibilities:

Answer calls.
Build rapport.
Enroll customers.
Close the deal.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written required.
Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Incontact, notepad, and Smartgrid is a plus.
Robust sales aptitude coupled with impeccable customer service skills.
Demonstrable experience in offering informed suggestions to prospective customers. Candidates must live in the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· The employee may be on the telephone with customers for several hours without a break. Handling a large volume of calls in a timely manner is essential to this position.

· Frequently use of hands for typing, reaching, navigating between screens while using a headset

· This role routinely uses standard office equipment while performing the essential functions of this job.
