Job Description

Overview: American Technical Services, Inc., is a leading technology and engineering company that offers MOX, a cutting-edge, enterprise level metrology and calibration laboratory management software, currently in use by major utilities, pharma, and other large commercial and government clients. We are currently seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team and represent and promote MOX with both new and existing customers. Hybrid work environment based on customer engagements, projects, tradeshows and in office activities.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of metrology and calibration systems and principals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field desirable.
  • 2+ years sales experience in the software/SAAS industry.
  • Dedicated work ethic and willing to work the hours commensurate with the sales position.
  • Ability to articulate technical information in a simplistic and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities Include:

Support existing customers to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop new customer relationships; calling at all levels, including senior levels, of target customer organizations; engaging early in the customer buying process to discover customer needs.

Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer; manage and build customer contacts, serving as the MOX representative in the marketplace; function as the central point for relationship building strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations.

Engage and interact with customer’s technical and business personnel at all levels including executive level decision makers.

Maintain profitable growth and focus on expanding existing customers and securing new customers and new opportunities.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
