Job Description
iRestify is looking for Outside Sales Representatives in Austin, Texas who will be an integral part in the growth of the company. iRestify is modernizing cleaning for multifamily buildings. We provide tech-enabled cleaners and porters to major property management companies. As an outside sales representative, you’ll cultivate new business by going from building to building to discover their individual needs, as well as events and trade shows.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct territory sales visits offering our cleaning services.
- Develop relationships with property and regional managers.
- Perform walkthroughs while taking detailed notes to create pricing proposals.
- Complete at least 10 visits daily and respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails
- Through this, you’ll determine if our solution is a good fit for a potential customer's requirements
- Be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction with potential customers
- Schedule and take responsibility for all initial qualifications and arrange discovery meetings or walkthroughs where appropriate.
- Understand the features and functionality of our platform, and be able to show its value to potential customers
- Be a trusted informational resource for iRestify customers.
- Maintain a clean and accurate record of account information in our Hubspot CRM
Job Requirements and Qualification
- A valid driver’s license
- Have a demonstrated passion for sales and business
- Self-motivated and energetic individuals with an unwavering positive attitude
- You must be comfortable working with others and in a team environment
- Has high attention to detail
- Has a strong drive for achieving results
- Has the ability to deal with change in a rapidly growing organization
- Has excellent communication skills; you must be comfortable engaging with a variety of different people, identifying their needs, conveying our value, handling any objections and collecting the vital information that allows us to perform at our best
- Is open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results
- Enjoys the challenge delivering on monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Salary and Benefit:
Total pay with Commission ( OTE ): base + commission, $100K-$120K
