Twin City Staffing is looking for a dynamic business development / outside salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue in your assigned territory and developing new client partnerships. Location: South Metro, MN
Wage: Base salary plus commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Duties of the business development / outside salesperson:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and grow customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met
Requirements of the business development / outside salesperson:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to clients outside of regular business hours as needed
- Able to travel, typically within a two-hour radius of the office, often completed within the same day
