Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential and track sales trends
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of retail math (e.g., calculating discounts, profit margins)
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
