Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team. POSITION BASED OUT OF BUFFALO, NY WITH 50% TRAVEL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with clients, managing accounts, and developing new business opportunities. UNDERSTANDING OF DIESEL ENGINES AND THE HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PARTS INDUSTRY A BIG PLUS.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales activities to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- Engage in telephone and email work tied to setting appointments and follow up.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, territory sales, or account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and cold calling strategies is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) a plus.
- Counter experience at a Heavy Duty Truck parts store a plus.
- Experience in conducting product demos and presentations is beneficial.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
