THE ROLE - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers through daily phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Identify prospective customers and follow up on potential sales leads consistently
- Attend and work various industry events/trade shows to gain knowledge, make connections, and build relationships to grow your sales network
- You are a financial contributor to the business and will have monthly and quarterly sales goals that are aligned with your local Division's revenue plan
- Communication skills are vital in this role as you will be uncovering your client's needs, educating them on proper maintenance, building value in our cleaning process, and negotiating/closing the deal
- Putting together bids and project pricing
- Utilizing a CRM system to effectively maintain, track and communicate with your client-base Driving to client sites
- - a valid driver's license is required
REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurance carrier
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic mathematics skills
- Fluent English helpful but not required
- Industry experience helpful
- Outside sales experience helpful
