Inside Sales / Customer Service
Performance Building Products, Inc. provides quality materials and professional installation of garage doors and openers.
We are looking for a qualified inside salesperson to join our team. We are looking for someone who has experience in the building industry and prefer direct knowledge of garage doors and openers.
This position will encompass sales, service, scheduling, and project coordination. This position also has future advancement opportunities for monthly commissions and annual bonuses.
Duties will include communicating via phone, email, and customer portals with new and current customers. Commanding all aspects of the sales process. This means identifying the customer's need, providing a quote/estimate, creating a sales order, ordering the product, scheduling the job, aligning the right install crew, and invoicing the customer. Provide excellent customer service and generate warranty services when needed.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in the building industry
Direct product knowledge of garage doors and openers
Experience working in Quickbooks, Outlook, and Excel
Must be very organized and able to work unsupervised
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Positive can-do attitude and team player
Must pass a pre-employment Drug Test (including THC)
Must pass a basic background check

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
