Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join their team. Qualifications:
- 4-year degree (Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 + years’ experience working with customers
- Knowledge of rubber/plastic/medical devices desired
- Experience working under ISO quality requirements desired
- Experience working with JDE desired
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer’s primary point of contact for all commercial inquiries
- Direct customer communication via telephone and email
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations while projecting professionalism
- Provide information (pricing, inventory availability, order status, etc) and handle customer requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with accounts to monitor and optimize sales growth and profitability
- Follow up on quotations and projects
- Manage the set up of new customer accounts
- Process POs, participate in contract review meetings, monitor inventory and work with internal team to drive on-time delivery
- Responsible for monitoring customer orders and assisting in achieving sales and profitability goals
- Process customer complaints and assist with investigation and corrective actions
- Work with Sales Engineers and Operations to communicate and coordinate all customer requirements
- Accompany Sales Engineers on customer visits when necessary
- Attend additional training as needed
