Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, including events, production services, memberships, and marketing services.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in Salesforce or other CRM systems
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or technology sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
-Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Greater Milwaukee area to visit existing
and potential clients
- Proficient in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
-Priority will be given to candidates with experience and/or demonstrable networks that
fit the Nō Studios customer profile which generally includes the creative and mission-
based communities.
