We are looking for a Dynamic, Knowledgeable, and Tested Performer for the lead inside sales position in our high-end plastic surgery practice.
We are one of the top plastic surgery practices in the country with a very busy, patient focused cosmetic practice. We specialize in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. We utilize our own accredited surgical facility to provide the optimum patient experience.

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for all New Patient Acquisition Including:
- Lead management
- Lead conversion into consultation
- Consultation conversion to cosmetic procedure/surgery
- High Performance Expectations: this is not a position for those who do not work well with sales goals and/or under pressure. Consistent performance is expected
Requirements include:
- Previous strong sales experience, preferably as an aesthetic patient coordinator in a plastic surgery practice

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
