Job Description
We are looking for an Multi-Family outside sales representative who will generate new business by building strong customer relationships, keeping an active call back list, and creating and following up on referrals from existing customers. The individual will be experienced and familiar with all aspects of commercial roofing.

What You Will Be Doing
Create new business opportunities with prospective clients by cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, networking, and referrals from clients and associates.
Strive to develop supplementary business with current clients.
Keep up-to-date records of every product in your line.
Attend conferences, seminars, and educational forums about the industry and products.
Collaborate closely with inside sales consultants to ensure business accountability and customer satisfaction.
Help the sales manager come up with fresh business concepts to meet sales targets.
Strive to establish enduring connections with your clientele.
Give clients timely and accurate price quotes.
Carry out additional tasks as directed
What You Need for this Position
- Associates degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Commercial Roofing experience
- Knowledge in commercial roofing systems and terminology
- Familiar with commercial construction
- Ability to read blue prints and spec's preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
- Must have PC knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to remain organized while handling multiple projects/tasks
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Roofing knowledge is required
