Aztec Electrical Supply is hiring a Contractor Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers to quote and order parts correctly; troubleshoot any product issues by phone, email and in person.
- Work with vendors, customers and the warehouse team to facilitate the prompt delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, the Projects Group and the Technical Team to ensure premier customer service is provided to customers.
What to expect in your first month:
- Get to know your team, office and warehouse
- One on one system and product training
- Spend time at our Counter learning about contractor products we carry
- Working with a small group of customers with support
Requirements:
· A desire to learn and continue to grow.
· A post secondary education in Electrical, some apprentice training or relevant experience.
· Knowledge of electrical products such as: breakers, panels, lighting and wire.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
